One year ago our six year old son was diagnosed with Leukemia. As frightening as that was the most awful part was finding out that we had no
choice, but to allow the doctors to give our son chemo therapy. As adults we could have chosen not to use chemo, but we could not chose that option for our son. As a
minor it is considered endangering a child to not allow them to use their poisonous protocol and if you refuse they are required to call and report you. So on Feb. 27, 2000 our son began three years of weekly chemo treatments, having his blood drawn every week, and having spinals done once a month and now every other month.
We began praying and looking for ways to help our son's body go through this ordeal. One day while picking up his organic carrots (he drinks 32 oz a day) I was asked if I had heard about alkaline water. I was given some information and told to call a friend of our carrot guy. I did and out son began drinking 64 oz of
Alkaline water a day. A year later and our son has never lost his hair, never been beutropenic which means that his
counts have never fallen so low that his immune system is in trouble, he has never slowed down and you have to convince people that, yes, he is the one who has Leukemia.
The rest of the story......
He has come through 6 months of intensive chemo treatments, which should have
wiped his blood counts out, and they were not wiped once. The nurses wanted to know what we were doing different, because they said it was unheard of for these kids to just be in the hospital for their chemo treatments and not be in other times with secondary infections. He was never in the hospital except for chemo stays.
He has taken every treatment right on schedule, which is also unheard of because most of the time these kids come to the doctor's office only to be sent home because their counts are too low to be able to do another treatment. They then have to come back a few days later to see if their counts are up enough to stand another treatment or not.
As I said, out son has taken every treatment right on schedule. God is so good, first he gave us water and now He has given up Alkaline Water plus all of the other wonderful healthy things for our bodies. Our son knows why he is doing so well, he knows how we were led to the Alkaline Water and he knows that God will continue to bless if he is faithful and does all he can to help himself and he will always drink his Alkaline Water (he doesn't like other water anymore anyway.)
