Boiling ionized alkaline water does not lose any of it’s bio-available benefits from what I have tested and seen. In fact, alkaline water from the alkalizer will boil faster than regular water. Your hot tea and coffee will taste smoother and you will use less grounds.

The ORP will increase slightly, but it does over a 24 hour time period anyway as the pH drops about .5 pH. The ORP starts off between -800 and -400. Curiously, I have even microwaved the ionzed water for 60 seconds and the ORP was still -250 ORP and the pH was 9.1. I don’t advocate microwaves, but it was an interesting test.
