Never Get Sick?

All of us hope we never get sick and get disease, but the short version of the story is, we do eventually although it can be minimized.  But how do we stay healthier longer, have more energy and live an “almost” disease free life?  It comes down to not being passive and waiting for you to get sick to do something about it!

Long term health is the result of habits and attitude.  Get active in learning about alternative ways to stay healthy.  There is a plethora of information on the Internet and you can get lost in a lot of the hype and hope of the next latest and greatest product.  Your health is not based upon the next product.  It comes with getting your foundation correct.  Remember we are about 80% water!  What water would you want to be putting in you if it was going to determine how you were going to feel?

The average lifespan for a person in the United States over 100 years ago was about 47 years old.  Now it is over 76 years!  Is it health care, alternative care, eating better, more knowledge?  I would say that they all have a factor.  However, what can make us move that number to 100 years old?  I know you cannot tell how healthy those people are because over 90% of them are on medications of some kind!  And it’s a known fact there are over 7000 deaths per year just because of medication errors that we know about.   It’s probably a lot more.

So, would you like to live that long or would you rather meet your Maker sooner?  I know Paul’s answer “To die is gain” so he could be with His Lord.  I’m looking forward to that someday, but my mission now is to share with people about a living alkaline water to drink daily, good daily dietary habits & attitudes, and hopefully share with anyone who would listen about the true Living Water.

As something you can take a look at, it’s call “The Enzyme Factor” by Hiromi Shinya, M.D..  I suggest you taking a look at this book and it has information about enzymes, health, keeping your colon clean, and drinking alkaline water in it as well!  (Imagine that??) :)

Have a blessed day!
