eFusjon Energy Drink Reviewed
How many of you drink energy drinks or have and quit? I’m sure at one time or another you have tried Monster Energy Drink, Red Bull, Rockstar Energy, and even a Starbucks Energy Shot. The concern is not necessarily the rush, but the crash. It’s similar to eating straight sugar, having a ton of energy, and then really falling flat on your face, tired.
And many of the energy drinks speed up your metabolism, over caffeinated, over dehydrated, and over acidify the body. That all equals dehydration, sickness and disease. Not a good thing if you want to stay healthy! Plus, not only do you spend a lot of money on them, they do not pay you for being a good customer!
